The command center for family life.
Life OS is a private app for one household. It brings together the things a family actually runs on — the calendar, the meals, the chores, the money, the school run — and keeps them in one place that everyone can see.
It is invite-only, and each household's information is completely separate from every other household's.
One shared calendar
Everyone's events in a single view, so you can see who needs to be where before the morning goes wrong.
Meals and groceries
Plan the week's dinners, keep a running grocery list, and save the recipes you actually cook.
Chores that kids can run
Each child gets their own simple board with their chores, their stars, and the rewards they're saving for.
Money in plain sight
Balances, bills and spending from the accounts you connect, so nothing is a surprise at the end of the month.
Sleep and recovery
Bring in a wearable and the day's plan can account for the night everyone actually had.
School and travel
Term dates, lunch menus and permission slips in one place, plus trips with itineraries and packing lists.
Meet Lizzy
Every household gets an assistant that can see what they've set up and act on it. Ask what tomorrow looks like, add an appointment, plan the week's dinners, or check whether the chores got done — in plain language, and she does the work rather than just answering.
What it connects to, and why
- Google Calendar — with your permission, Life OS reads the calendars you choose so your family's events appear in one shared view, and creates or reschedules events when you ask it to. It never deletes calendars or changes who they are shared with.
- Your bank, through Plaid — read-only balances and transactions, so bills and spending are visible. Life OS never sees your banking password and cannot move money.
- WHOOP, Oura, Strava or Apple Health — sleep, recovery and workouts, so a heavy day on a short night is something the app can notice.
Every connection is optional, can be disconnected at any time, and is used only to power the features above. Your information is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.
Built for one family at a time
Households are isolated from one another in the database itself, not just in the app. The keys to your connected accounts are encrypted before they are stored. Children only ever see their own board — never finances, and never anyone else's health information.

Access is by invitation
Life OS is not open for general signup yet. If you have an invite code, set up your household.
